Allergy

Allergy

The unwanted reaction allergy that the human body gives against any substance is called. The substances that make up this reaction are also called allergens. The substances that are incompatible with the body damage the physiological structure by disturbing the communication between the cells.

Allergens enter the body through skin, respiration and digestion.

When allergens enter the body, the allergic reaction is eliminated by the secretion of adrenaline and cortisol hormones. If the process of encountering allergies is long, the adrenal (adrenal) gland fails. Not enough cortisol can be secreted. Thus, allergic reactions occur.

The reaction of the body to the allergenic substances depends on the organs. Itching and rash if allergies have occurred by contact with the skin, breathlessness if you have entered the lungs via the respiratory tract,

When you enter the gastrointestinal system with the digestive system, it causes gas, indigestion and rhythm disturbances in the heart.

In chronic systemic diseases, the digestive system is very important. The first task of the small intestine is immune and the second task is absorption. The impairment of absorption in the intestinal villi causes macroproteins to penetrate into the blood, which can not enter the body through the normal intestinal mucosa. This, in the long term, exhausts the immune system and reduces its capacity.

Hidden allergens (without any symptoms of allergies), which are intolerant foods, are known to cause many diseases by exhausting their immune system. In addition, these foods are addictive by releasing the hormone of happiness (serotonin) from the enteric nervous system in the intestine. In this case, the food you like the most is the leading cause of your illnesses. Depending on the consumption of intolerant foods, the following complaints and diseases may occur:

Common complaints; Fatigue, sweating, chills, dizziness, eating too much, depression, hyperactivity, hypertension, hypotension, chronic fatigue.
